RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Overview At Apesthetics we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from apestheticsco.com you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
Photos of the original packaging
A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all claims within 2-3 business days.
2. Lost Packages For packages lost in transit all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at apestheticsbrand@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
3. Size Exchanges We do offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
We are not responsible for sizing issues as a detailed size chart is available on every product page. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your exchange and ship the new size

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Worn or washed items
Items without original tags attached
Sale or clearance items — all sale items are final sale
Gift cards
Items returned without prior authorization
Items returned after the 30 day window
5. Refunds Refunds are issued for the exact amount paid for the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund process:
Once your returned item is received at the Apesthetics facility it will be inspected
Upon approval your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5-10 business days
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
6. Return Address All returns and exchanges must be sent to our facility:

When we receive a returned shipment an automated email notification will be sent to you
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days
If the Apesthetics facility is not used as the return address you become liable for any returned shipments received
7. Wrong Address If you or your customer provide an address considered insufficient by the courier the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. If you have not registered an account on apestheticsco.com and added a billing method any returned orders due to wrong address or failure to claim will be donated to charity without a refund being issued.
8. Returned by Customer Please contact us before returning any products. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our team prior to shipment back to our facility.
9. Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on sale items under any circumstances.
10. Customer Service Response Time We aim to respond to all inquiries, claims, and exchange requests within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons and new product drops.

11. EU Consumers According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
Apesthetics reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
