2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods such as product drops and sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

6. Shipping Carriers We ship using the following carriers:

  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

7. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Apesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address contact us immediately at (Apestheticsbrand@gmail.com). We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages Apesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at (Apestheticsbrand@gmail.com) and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (Apestheticsbrand@gmail.com):

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and work to make it right.

10. International Shipping & Customs International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Apesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

11. P.O. Boxes We currently ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes may not be available.

12. Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
